  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days.

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days.

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on location).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotions or orders above a certain amount (as stated on our website).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (if available from the courier).

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties charged upon delivery.

6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • JustKoreanSkincare is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at Sales@justkoreanskincare.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos (for damaged items). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue
