Return & Refund Policy – JustKoreanSkincare

At JustKoreanSkincare, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used skincare or cosmetic products).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or unsealed skincare/cosmetic products.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@justkoreanskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at sales@justkoreanskincare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
